Travel Vaccinations
If you are going on holiday and will require vaccinations, we ask you please print the downloadable form on the 'Travel Vaccinations' page and return your completed copy to reception. Alternatively, copies can be obtained from the reception desk at both surgeries.
Forms must be returned at least 12 weeks prior to travelling to ensure our practice nurses have time to check your vaccination history and where applicable, book you in for the appropriate vaccinations.
Please note, not all vaccinations are available on the NHS, some have to be sourced and paid for privately. Under certain circumstances we may not be able to offer you an appointment in the necessary timeframe, therefore you would need to attend a travel clinic.
Flu Vaccinations
An influenza vaccination is particularly recommended for patients with heart, lung or kidney disease, diabetes, residents of nursing and residential homes, pregnant ladies, carers and patients who are immunosuppressed. Please contact our receptionist in autumn for details of our flu vaccination clinics dates and to make an appointment.

The GPs carry out minor surgical procedures in conjunction with the Practice Nurse/Health Care Assistant, by appointment. Your doctor will be happy to advise you further on this service.

Name: Ladies' Clinic
The smear test is a simple and essentially painless procedure, which is important in the early detection of conditions which could, if left untreated, develop into cancer.
